• I registered an account, but didn't receive the verification email code.

Check your SPAM filter. The emails are being sent, but are becoming lost to the spam filters. If you do not find the verification email there, please write to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it for manual verification of your account.

• How do I Post An Ad for something I have For Sale, Want to Buy?

On the Bulletin Board, posting an ad is FREE.

1. Select Post An Ad (at the top menu).

2. Choose the category you wish to place your ad in: "For Sale" or "Wanted Item". (scroll down list of categories)

3. Choose subcategory, if desired.
Click "Select this category".

4. Choose which type of ad (regional area) you wish to post: Charlotte Metro area, The Piedmont Triad, The Triangle, Eastern North Carolina, Western North Carolina, or South Carolina.
Click "Select this type".

5. Type Title, Condition, Price, Description, Location (must select "country": Carolinas, then select "state": regional area, and "city"). Include details in the description.

Include your CONTACT INFORMATION!

6. You may add three images to your ad. (browse and download your photos)

7. You may add (optional) for-fee Ad Displays for Featured Ads ($25), Bold Ads ($1), Italic Ads ($1), Background color Ads ($1).

8. Select "Length of Ad": one week, two weeks, one month, unlimited days until ad expires.
If this ad has a fee, your Ad fee is displayed at the bottom of the page. PayPal only, is accepted.
Click "Post this ad".

Preview ad and click "Place this ad". Or you may "Go back and edit".
If this ad has a fee, you may place another ad by clicking the link above labeled "Post an ad", or you may check out by clicking the "Pay via PayPal" button.

On the Bulletin Board, posting an ad is FREE.

You may add (optional) for-fee Ad Displays for Featured Ads ($25), Bold Ads ($1), Italic Ads ($1), Background color Ads ($1).

• How do I see Local Ads only?

Select "Show Local Ads" (at the top menu).

Choose which region you wish to view ads in: Click "Go" for Carolinas.

Then choose regional area: Charlotte Metro area, The Piedmont Triad, The Triangle, Eastern North Carolina, Western North Carolina,  or South Carolina.

Then choose your "cities" and click "Go". Your local preferences will be shown within each category as you browse the site.

You can "Change Location" or "stop filtering locations" from the "Change Location" link at the top menu.

• How do I contact the person who posted they have Free Stuff, Items For Sale, Wanted Items, etc.?

Their email or phone contact information is posted in their ad on the Bulletin Board.

• Where can I post about my business?

Post an advertisement about your business in the Local Business Listings.

• How much does it cost to post about my business?

Prices for Postings.

• Can I post about our Yard Sale, Garage Sale?

Yes, it is FREE to post in Yard Sales/Garage Sales, on the Bulletin Board.

• Where are Free Classes posted?

Free Classes are posted on the Bulletin Board.

• Where are Events, Activities and Festivals for homeschool families posted?

Events, Activities and Festivals may be posted on the Bulletin Board by homeschool families.

• Where can I post curriculum I want to buy?

Post An Ad in Curriculum on the Bulletin Board, under "Wanted Items".

• What is "Favorites"?

Favorites is a way to share your favorite family resources, such as favorite curriculum, books, toys, restaurants, field trips, homeschool resources, etc.

Homeschool families are a huge resource for other homeschoolers!

• Can I post my Job Resume?

Yes, homeschool family members can "Post An Ad" which includes their Resume, in Positions Wanted on the Bulletin Board for FREE.

• Can I list my house for sale, for rent?

Yes, homeschool families can "Post An Ad" in Housing, on the Bulletin Board for FREE.
